JOSÉ LUIS PEINÓ
Marketing to conquer young consumers
José Luís Peinó holds a law degree from the Universidad San Pablo CEU, completing his training with a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the Centro de Estudios Financiaros (CEF), an MBA in new technologies from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and a Master’s degree in Digital Business from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
He has an extensive career in the world of work, among which stands out as marketing director of the Covatel Group, where his main function was the creation and implementation of new products, as well as relations with the operator. He then became Partner and Managing Director of Sur Europa de Telecomunicacion and later Project Director of the Auna Group.
He was then appointed e-business director of the Unidea Group, El Mundo, between 2001 and 2007, and held the same position for the Prisa Group between 2007 and 2009. In 2009 he started as digital business director, continuing with the Prisa Group, for El País. In 2011 he worked as director of business development in the Prisa Noticias sector.
In 2014 he embarked on the Spanish Business School project, becoming a founding partner and executive director. With New Jobs Leader, he also joined the project as a founding partner.
Since 2017, he has held a position at The Digital Gate, with different functions such as business development, account management and management of a team of 13 people.
