From storytelling to storydoing: how to involve your customer in your communication strategy
Carmen Pérez Gómez is the Head of Image and Commercial Cycle in the Marketing Department of Ibercaja. She holds a degree in Law from the University of Zaragoza, as well as a Master’s degree in International Marketing and Foreign Trade from ESIC: Business and Marketing School. At the same school she completed a digital transformation programme. At the IESE Business School, University of Navarra, she obtained a PDD Management Development Programme.
I worked for Bella Easo, in Zaragoza, first in the export department and then as product manager. She continued at Chocolates la casa as product manager, until she was promoted to marketing manager.
In 2002 she joined Ibercaja, occupying different positions: Technician in campaigns and commercial production, head of household economies, head of commercial planning, head of marketing for individuals, until her current position.
