Zaida holds a title in politic science from UNED, with some postgraduate titles like: postgraduate course on the Historical Profile of litigation in the Middle East, UNED, postgraduate degree in Cooperation Projects in Education, Culture and Innovation, UNED Foundation, postgraduate in Human Resources, Complutense University, and postgraduate degree in Virtual Learning Environments, UNED-OEI. Also a master´s degree in European Union, UNED.

Her profile stands out like Project Manager and commercial director, as well as distinguishing his self as tourism and enogastronomy expert, graduated in a university course of wine marketing, enotourism and gastronomy, Basque Culinary Centre & Davis University. She is currently an advisor on the organisation and development of wine tourism activities and congresses for professionals in the wine tourism committee of the Institut del Cava.

She is a founder and coordinator of International Think Tank, what is an international not-for-profit group of wine tourism experts from ten countries to respond to the sector during and after covid. She is also currently working as Partner and CEO of Alkimia, Turismo Enogastronómico, a Mexican 360º enogastronomic tourism consultancy.
